Snapdocs at the 2019 Digital Mortgage Conference

Engaging target prospects at the biggest digital mortgage event.

Snapdocs participated in the 2019 Digital Mortgage Conference, which was attended by 2,000 people. Snapdocs’s presence at the conference included:

  • Having a premium booth
  • Giving an on-stage demo
  • Presenting a panel that featured our CEO and a Snapdocs customer
  • Hosting an intimate, private dinner for target prospects

I worked with our third-party booth vendor to make small tweaks to improve our existing booth design, secured the demo and panel opportunities, organized all of our conference activities, and coordinated the Marketing and Sales teams to drive engagements during the event. Besides reaching out to target prospects via email and phone, we also used a clever Ray-Ban direct mail campaign to drive people to our booth. 



  • Contributed 69% of all pipeline created by tradeshows from Jan. 2019 to Oct. 2020
  • Sourced 31 opportunities
  • Achieved a 65% attendance rate for the private dinner
  • Scheduled 21 meetings with target prospects for the conference
  • Engaged 11 out of 43 prospects with the Ray-Ban direct mail campaign
